Over the course of several months, our district engaged in a thoughtful, collaborative process to create our Portrait of a Learner. Educators from every school, students of all ages, and community members came together to share their voices, experiences, and hopes for the future of our learners. Through surveys, focus groups, and community conversations, we gathered diverse perspectives that helped shape a shared vision of the essential skills and attributes our students need to thrive.
