Perry County Schools Vendors

ATTENTION: All Perry County Schools Vendors/Contractors

In accordance with new state regulations KRS 160.380 any outside contractors and their employees must submit the following in order to perform work at a school when students are present:

• State and FBI Fingerprint Background Check
  This can be obtained from:

  1(844)543-9714

• Cabinet for Health and Family Services Child Abuse and Neglect (C.A.N.) Report
  The Central Registry Check form will provide information needed to acquire the C.A.N. Report

All contractors are to show proof of these items and check in at the school's front office at each location prior to performing any work or service.

If you are a vendor who works in other school districts and have already completed this process, you may bring a copy for our records.
